Embroidery is the art of stitching designs into a garment with a needle and thread. This isn’t so different from what you might have done at home using a wooden hoop, except we use magnetic hoops and machines that can sew 1,000 stitches per minute. Flat embroidery is the standard type of stitching that you are probably used to. All embroidery will have a slightly raised effect, but flat embroidery keeps it to a minimum. We can take all kinds of designs and digitize them for embroidery, but it can be difficult to make small text and fine details look good. We’ll take a look at your design first and let you know if embroidery is the best application for your product.

3D weaving is accomplished by putting a layer of froth under the lines to give the plan a drastically raised impact. You see this a great deal on Major League Baseball covers, and we can do it for you as well! The arrangement cycle and materials are somewhat not the same as with level weaving, so hope to pay somewhat more for this enhancement.
